Betty, is my Mom.  She lives in Temple, Texas with my Dad, Preston, where they have lived for over 30 years.  Mom has a love for cooking, like the rest of our entire family, on both my Mother's and Father's sides of the family.  Mom was a work-from-home consultant for nearly four decades, with Mary Kay, all while raising a family of four and supporting my father's business ventures in food.

Mom is the crafty one in the family, and the person responsible for the very recipe book behind this entire website.  She put a lot of care into this book and I can only hope to show a fraction of my appreciation for what the recipe book has meant to me over the years.

You might often see Mom at HEB's in say hello to Betty and tell her you know all about "the recipe book."
